Mood Management Group
This coeducational program offers six sessions and provides participants an opportunity to manage their mood. The six group sessions focus on wellness strategies, coping skills, understanding triggers, and developing personal meaning. This group is structured for easy access in an open group format. Fees are assessed on a sliding scale for this six session program.
Individual, Couple and Family Therapy
Participants in this program attend regularly scheduled counselling sessions to address the effects of anxiety, stress and depression. Our skilled and professional therapists offer a safe and respectful experience when you are exploring your life’s path. Our professional therapists are there to walk with you on your journey.
